Rental Equipment
No equipment is provided in the booths. You many bring your own or rent from the facility. Tables, chairs, pipe and drape, electrical drops and wall outlets and other options are available for rent from the venue and are noted on the online application that you will fill out. Wireless internet is free. Electrical plugs and drops have to be rented from the venue. (sorry not our call) Booths on the walls can rent a $15 outlet and booths not on the wall must rent a $25 drop plug. You must put in your order for rental equipment by 9/26. If you order it the day of, the prices are steeper. Fees for rentals are not due in advance but must be paid before setting up. All of these are listed in the exhibitor agreeement.
