Load In
Load in is from 3 until 8 on Friday September 28th, the day before the show. If there is no way for you to make that load in time, you can load in just before the show on Saturday morning at 9 but I advise against it if you have more merchandise than can be schlepped in an hour.
Exhibit hall hours are from 10 to 5 both days. Please call me if you need to load in Saturday morning. VIP ticketed customers are allowed in during load-in to get first dibs on the merchandise. I suggest that you ask the VIP customers to leave the goods in your booth with their name on it as sold until the end of the day.
