Our event has been quite the buzz in the drum industry the past few years and is quickly being recognized as one of the finest drum events in the world. Our two-day CELEBRATION includes a Friday night concert followed by a Saturday half day of clinics and teaching.
Participating artists include Teddy Campbell, Richie “Gajate” Garcia, Calvin Rodgers, Marvin McQuitty, Gordon Campbell, Gerald Heyward, and Aaron Spears. It promises to be an exciting event not to be missed with these world-renowned drummers, and it’s also a wonderful opportunity to showcase your products to a large audience. More than 2500 people will attend our 2010 event with the primary contingent of those attendees being drummers. In addition to drummers, all types of church musical staff and musicians attend, plus lots of people that buy musical instruments. It’s a great place to showcase your products!
To reserve your booth and receive the best possible placement, I recommend that you send your deposit with the necessary forms AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All booths are 10’ X 10’ pipe and drape with a table and chair at a cost of $200.00. A $100.00 nonrefundable deposit is due by March 5, 2010. If you are charging your payment to one of the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express, you may fax your application to 972-722-2561. You may also be interested in advertising in our program. It will be a 8.5 x 5.5 color program. Ad prices are $100 for a full page and $50.00 for 1/2 page, with a $200.00 cost for a special placement. The deadline for reserving ad space is Mar. 1, with artwork due March 15.
