Slug Percussion is a tried and true drum accessory manufacturer that makes several distinctive products; Slug pedal beaters, Muffelt wool dampening strips, Tweek Drum Tuning Key-clip and Batter Badge impact pads for bass drums, toms and snares. Oh and the green Slug Coffee Mug is pretty cool too. I use one of the Batter Badges on my snare and it really extends the life of the head with no difference in tone.
