Who Is This Band?

VINTAGE BAND 1.JPG

Hello, In trying to identify a photo (reprint) of a Vintage Band I have, I stumbled across your website and in particular your article and photos of the Ludwig & Ludwig 1930's Bass Drum with a Painted Scene! Just wondered since the Bass Drum has a Painted Scene, you may be able to tell me who this Band might be? They may be early Country Western, but they almost look like Royal Canadian Mounties too? At any rate, just thought I'd ask and thought that even if you didn't know, you might get a kick out of the Drum Set?! Thank you for your time.
Sincerely, Aaron "Cool Breeze" Poole
