Hello! I was hoping you could help me identify / confirm some info on Sherwood drums. I have 2.. a 13" tube lug tom with ratchet hoop mount and tacked bottom head. stick chopper hoop calf top and bottom. WMP.
Also a 24" tube lug bass in WMP with calf. Both drums have white interiors.
Badge says "SHERWOOD MADE IN USA"
I read that Leedy made these from the 30's into the 50's for Montgomery Ward. The tom is stamped 5012 inside ( December 1950? )
Any insight would be appreciated.
